Keysight is pleased to offer an Exciting Placement Year Opportunity in Barcelona for a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will gain hands-on recruitment experience across Europe while supporting hiring activities and employer branding.

You will work with recruiters, HR professionals, and business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and manage recruitment operations using ATS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology or related fields.
• Fluent in English; German desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities across Europe.
• Review CVs and conduct candidate screening for fit.
• Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate records and workflows.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Participate in talent acquisition strategy discussions and meetings.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct talent market research and mapping projects.
• Contribute to recruitment reporting and data analysis using Excel.
