Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in learning and HR systems management.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Support the rollout of performance evaluation processes.
• Manage operational logistics of learning and development processes.
