Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations / Psychology.
• English level: high.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex, international environments.

Responsibilities

• Support HR teams and hiring managers with job descriptions and requisitions.
• Prepare shortlists and screening profiles for senior recruiters.
• Assist in resume reviews, interviews, and phone screens.
• Post and update vacancies across portals and networks.
• Promote referral programs and internal mobility.
• Maintain ATS data and basic recruitment reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow up with managers on candidate pipelines.
• Support recruitment activities beyond standard hours when needed.
• Assist with special employment marketing initiatives.
