Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Spain offers an 11‑month internship as part of a Graduate Program in Talent Acquisition. The role develops recruitment activities, candidate management and project improvements within an international team.

The program runs from October 2026 for 11 months (40h/week). It provides a study grant and exposure to several departments, promoting collaboration across functions and international projects.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business or HR.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Proactive and flexible.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support internship campaigns for technical and non-technical environments.
• Assist recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition improvement projects.
• Support FP student campaigns and agreement management.
