Hästens is expanding its global HR & Talent team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a hybrid setup in Spain. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging candidates, and coordinating interviews across time zones while delivering a smooth candidate experience aligned with Hästens branding.

You will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers, maintaining accurate candidate data, publishing job ads, and contributing to recruitment process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Up to 3 years in recruitment/coordinator or HR admin roles.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and MS 365; Apple devices fine.
• Excellent English communication; strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via LinkedIn and build talent pools.
• Identify and engage passive candidates; conduct screening.
• Create/publish jobs in Teamtailor; keep descriptions updated.
• Review applications and manage candidate data in Teamtailor.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones with managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate communications and updates; confirmations and rejections.
• Monitor inbox and respond to candidate inquiries promptly.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and pipeline metrics.
• Support employer branding and Teamtailor site maintenance.
• Identify improvements to templates, workflows and automation.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Hästens' global HR & Talent team!

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our global recruitment activities, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates while ensuring a smooth and well-organised recruitment process.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers, you will help identify potential talent, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate information throughout the recruitment process. You will also contribute to creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Hästens brand.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
• Identify, approach and engage passive candidates, and conduct initial screening calls based on agreed criteria.
• Create and publish job advertisements and requisitions in Teamtailor, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
• Review applications and manage candidates in Teamtailor, ensuring accurate candidate information, statuses and interview notes.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments across hiring managers, candidates and different time zones.
• Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, process updates and rejections.
• Monitor the Talent Team mailbox and respond to candidate enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports, including pipeline updates and time-to-hire metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain the Teamtailor career site.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment templates, workflows and automations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 3 years of experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination or HR administration. Internships are also considered.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with confidence in using Apple products and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential candidate information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Teamtailor.
• Exposure to international recruitment and coordinating processes across different countries and time zones.
• Additional language skills.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid, with 3-4 days per week in the office.
