Quintas Energy is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources Team. This role is central to ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier talent is executed with excellence, integrity and professionalism. We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing several recruitment processes at once — someone who values doing things well and with integrity.
Conducting initial candidate screenings via phone (approx. 60 calls per week, each lasting approx. 10 minutes), so about 2 hours per day you’ll be at the phone.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conducting interviews (approx. 10–15 per week, depending on the number of active recruitment processes).
Reporting interview outcomes to the Hiring Managers.
Managing reference checks, background screenings and coordinating technical assessments.
Providing new hires with onboarding information and guidance on company policies and procedures.
Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes and providing general support to other HR areas when required, ensuring collaboration and alignment within the team.
At Quintas Energy, we view HR as a key function that connects talent with business objectives. Our Team is small, focused, and operates with a high degree of trust, responsibility and autonomy. We support the business with structure, consistency, and long-term thinking, and expect the same from those who join us.
This is not a role for those testing the waters in HR. It’s for someone who already understands the impact of doing things properly, quietly, and well.
Has at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role within a corporate environment, preferably in the renewable energy sector or similar.
Candidates with experience exclusively in recruitment agencies may not be the best fit for this role, as we are looking for someone already familiar with in-house processes, collaborative team structures, and the mindset of working as part of an organizational system rather than an individual contributor dynamic.
Holds a degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, Labour Relations, or similar fields.
Is fluent in both English and Spanish. Italian will be a plus.
Is highly organized, punctual, and works with structure.
Enjoys working within clear procedures and upholding internal standards.
Can prioritize tasks and remain focused in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Has experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), or a strong willingness to learn.
Acts with integrity and understands the importance of the HR role as a neutral, reliable and ethical function.
