Seneca Gaming Corporation at the casino floor is seeking a Dual Rate Floor Supervisor to oversee Table Games operations on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal controls and safety standards. The role emphasizes supervision, customer service and safeguarding chips and monies.

The candidate will monitor payouts, assist in recruitment and training, communicate effectively across shifts, and maintain a professional gaming environment in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 18+ years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of dealing or Dual Rate Supervisory experience in two core games (BJ, RO, CR).
• Must be experienced, results oriented and hands-on.
• Must demonstrate leadership and fairness to customers and employees.
• Ability to instill pride and personal responsibility in subordinates.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with state, federal and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect cards and dice for security of table games.
• Assist in monitoring payouts to ensure proper amounts.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Handle disputes with customers and employees while delivering excellent service.
