Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking an EVS Shift Manager to assist the EVS Manager in daily operations across casino, hotel, spa, and banquet areas. You will develop staff schedules, supervise Environmental Service teams, and ensure adherence to strong cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have several years of supervisory experience in large, high-traffic facilities, familiarity with cleaning equipment and scheduling software, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in a large facility.
• Experience in high-traffic, large facilities is required.
• Proficient with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee environmental services operations across casino, hotel, spa, and venues.
• Develop work schedules and staffing plans with supervisors.
• Conduct staffing evaluations and performance management.
• Instruct and train Environmental Service staff; assist in hiring subordinates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HR and safety guidelines; manage training programs.
• Prepare and review budgets, monitor expenses and inventory.
