A technology services provider is seeking a Systems Architect for their client Fusion for Energy in Barcelona, Spain. The candidate will support various configuration management activities, project management tasks, and documentation management. A BEng/BSc in a relevant engineering field is essential, along with experience in system architecture and requirements management. Applications should be submitted in English only.
We are looking for a Systems Architect in support to our client Fusion for Energy for their location in Barcelona, Spain.The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and will be working onsite at our client’s location.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Supporting configuration management activities such as:
Reviewing, controlling, and monitoring of Non-conformities, Procurement Arrangement Change Notices, Deviations, Direct Implementations, Project Change Requests (PCRs) and similar (change management);
Drafting of PCRs and the corresponding follow-up;
Implementing tools to ensure exhaustive configuration control;
Support on the propagation of requirements from PA level to supplier contract level.
Support in project management activities:
Monitoring projects performance;
Review and follow-up of working schedules prepared by Suppliers;
Contribute to identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks;
Contribute to the preparation of internal reporting, monitoring of KPIs, etc.;
Support in the achievement of milestones;
Support in performing cost assessment and cost control activities.
Assisting the Responsible Officers in:
Reviewing engineering reports;
Ensuring the reports are issued on time and follow the required review processes;
Assisting on technical/administrative tasks.
Progress tracking, task distribution and planning;
Requirements management and verification (fill of Verification Items through Doors, change of requirement through deviations when needed and requirements propagation);
Organization and centralization of the relevant documentation: documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and drawings;
Iterations and revision with the relevant stakeholders;
Monthly progress reporting to the project and program manager;
Documentation management (DPP follow-up, documentation revision, etc).

BEng/BSc in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Nuclear Engineering;
Experience in the architecture and/or integration of mechanical and/or electrical and/or electronic systems;
Experience in the definition, assessment, and follow-up of compliance of requirements of mechanical and/or electrical systems;
Experience in the definition and management of physical and/or nonphysical interfaces of mechanical and/or electrical systems;
Experience in configuration management;
Experience in the organization, participation and/or closure of phase gate reviews;
Experience in the management of as-built information;
Experience in the performance of FMEAs and/or functional analyses and/or reliability analyses and/or spare part analyses;
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU;
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
