The Sub System Project Manager role is based in Bilbao and offers a full‑time, on‑site position.

Availability

Full‑time, on‑site position in Trápaga.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, cost and safety requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and internal departments, coordinate and synchronize all project activities.
• Analyze contractual obligations and manage multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, change control, cost management and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise the fulfillment of contractual commitments and project scope.
• Represent the project in front of clients and key internal functions, monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

Advanced spoken and written English (other languages are highly valued).

Desirable experience working with project management tools and ERP systems such as MS Project, SAP, Teranga, or advanced Excel.
