Gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, MES, and OA.
Responsible for the daily operation, optimization, and maintenance of key business systems in the EU region, including IDMS, SAP, CMS, FSSC, Lark OA, MES, LES, etc.
Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements from end-users across multiple business lines, coordinating with HQ IT teams for system implementation, configuration, and development.
Ensure smooth system performance and data flow across platforms, proactively troubleshoot issues, and guarantee system stability and uptime.
Support system integration between European subsidiaries and HQ, ensuring data consistency and alignment with standards.
Provide user training, prepare technical documentation, and continuously improve system usability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to optimize digital workflows and business automation.
Ensure all system operations comply with internal IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.
~5+ years of hands-on experience in business system operation, implementation, or support within multinational or manufacturing environments.
~ Proficiency in SAP (especially logistics, finance, and manufacturing modules), IDMS, MES, LES, OA, and related business systems.
~ Understanding of full business process flows, including production, logistics, finance (AP / AR), and order-to-delivery (OTD) processes.
~ Experience in system deployment, configuration, and cross-platform data integration projects.
~ Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
~ Chinese language is a plus.
