Desay SV Automotive is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of WMS/MES systems across production and business operations. You will collaborate with local Spain teams and international teams in China, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing system stability.

Based in Linares (Jaén), on-site, you will drive UAT, test planning, and coordination with IT suppliers.

Formación

• Experience in application support, system implementation, IT operations or similar roles.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and communicate clearly.
• Understanding of IT project cycles, system configuration, and UAT.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Application & Business Support: troubleshoot issues, support users across applications, ensure system stability.
• Requirements & Delivery Coordination: collect/analyze business requirements, coordinate with IT suppliers and HQ, follow up on delivery and issue resolution.
• System Monitoring: daily health checks, monitor logs/alarms/performance, report risks and anomalies.
• UAT & System Rollouts: lead User Acceptance Testing, prepare test plans/scenarios/docs, validate changes with users.

Position: System Implementation Specialist

As part of the Digital / EDS team, you will support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of application systems used across our production and business operations.

You will work closely with both local teams in Spain and international teams in China.

What You Will Do

Application & Business Support (40%)

• Daily troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support users across different applications and business processes
• Ensure system stability and continuity

Requirements & Delivery Coordination (20%)

• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Coordinate with IT suppliers and HQ teams
• Follow up on delivery, implementation, and issue resolution

System Monitoring (10%)

• Perform daily health checks
• Monitor logs, alarms, and performance
• Report risks and anomalies

UAT & System Rollouts (30%)

• Lead User Acceptance Testing for new digital projects
• Prepare test plans, scenarios, and documentation
• Validate system changes with users

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in application support, system implementation, IT operations, or similar roles
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and communicate clearly
• Understanding of IT project cycles, system configuration, and UAT
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams & external suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• English required (daily communication); Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience in multinational or multicultural environments is a plus
