Role Overview

As a Nordic‑speaking SDR, you’ll join a 25‑person strong pan‑European sales development team focused on a specific cybersecurity product line. You’ll play a major role in developing relationships in the region, researching and prospecting, pipeline creation, and field‑sales collaboration across the Nordic region. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, coachable, tech‑savvy, and excited to specialize in a high‑growth vertical within enterprise cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting and Lead Qualification – Identify, engage, and qualify decision‑makers at enterprise accounts across the Nordic region.
  • Solution Specialization – Become a subject‑matter expert in your solutions and a trusted advisor to your clients.
  • Multi‑Channel Outreach – Execute strategic outreach using tools like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Salesforce.
  • Event Participation – Attend regional marketing events and client meet‑ups in the Nordics (travel opportunities).
  • Quality Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and account executives to drive account‑based outreach.
Qualifications
  • Fluent Swedish speaker (open to exceptional Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian speakers).
  • ~1 + year of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or a consultative sales environment.
  • Consultative sales mindset, confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
