THE BOARD | people & talent is seeking a Senior Leadership role in Sevilla, Spain, to drive delivery and technical strategy across a large-scale software factory environment. The position includes full ownership of P&L management, client relations, and multidisciplinary team development.

What are we looking for

• Senior leadership in large‑scale software factory environments (~150 people): full ownership of delivery, organization, and technical strategy across multiple practices (Java, .NET, Data, AI).
• P&L ownership and business performance: responsibility for revenue, margins, cost control and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the software factory.
• People leadership & organizational development: management of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps), including hiring, mentoring, performance management and scaling capabilities.
• International project delivery & client management: oversight of complex global programs, acting as executive point of contact for key clients and ensuring high‑quality delivery across geographies.
• Technology & delivery strategy: definition of delivery models, architecture standards and best practices across cloud‑native development, modern architectures and data/AI solutions.
• Stakeholder & sales alignment (incl. presales): close collaboration with commercial teams, supporting presales, shaping proposals and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery execution.
