We are looking for a Sustainability Program Manager to be part of Nestlé Nespresso.

The Role

As a Sustainability Program Manager, you will provide support for sustainability data collection, data verification, and business integration. You will also develop a structured plan for collecting and verifying data for external reporting, ensuring the organization and accuracy of sustainability‑related information. Additionally, you will facilitate third‑party verification processes and uphold the integrity of reporting assets. It is essential to keep all communication materials updated with the latest figures. Furthermore, you will support the preparation of external disclosures, maintain the knowledge repository, update various internal platforms related to sustainability, and assist with other sustainability projects.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Possessing project management skills is a key responsibility
  • Establish a retro planning schedule for data collection. Collect and organize ESG data for sustainability reporting, and manage the substantiation process.
  • Manage the external verification by a third party.
  • Provide the necessary data and assist in maintaining the integrity of the TPC report ecosystem, while updating all communication assets with yearly figures.
  • Ensure that the reported KPIs comply with the regulations
  • Provide support in delivering updated data and other substantiation to multiple stakeholders across various departments.
  • Collaborate with experts to keep the ESG knowledge platform updated. Ensure that the content and internal sustainability data are also updated.
  • Participate in sustainability projects and support the team with presentations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: University degree, master or equivalent
  • Specialization in CSR, ESG or corporate communication could be a plus
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience with strong project management and facilitation/engagement skills
  • Previous experience in cross‑functional projects and/or with multiple stakeholders, including agencies
  • Previous experience in business and corporate communication

  • Full command of written and oral English. Ideally, candidates should have experience working in a second language, such as French. Proficiency in additional languages is desirable
