Allianz Seguros Valencia is seeking an experienced insurance underwriter for SME and Individuals. The role focuses on leading risk underwriting, managing multi-line products, and driving profitable growth through portfolio analysis and close collaboration with commercial teams.

You will contribute to product development, participate in cross-functional projects, and leverage data analysis and AI tools to enhance underwriting decisions. Hybrid work and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Solid experience in multi-line insurance underwriting for SME and/or individuals.
• Technical knowledge of property, RC, auto, home, accidents and funeral products.
• Experience analyzing portfolios for profitability-based decisions.
• Ability to communicate with commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Autonomy, results orientation and decisive action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead underwriting of risks for SME and Individuals within authority levels.
• Manage multi-line products to stay competitive.
• Continuously analyze the portfolio to optimize profitability and growth.

Job Description

What will you do at BBVA Allianz?

• Lead the underwriting of risks for the SME and Individuals segment, within the established authority levels.
• Manage multi-line products (Property, RC, Auto, Home, Accidents, Funeral), ensuring their competitiveness.
• Continuously analyze the portfolio to optimize profitability and growth.
• Apply the underwriting regulations of the Company and the Allianz Group.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales areas to drive business development in the banking channel.
• Actively support the commercial process (acquisition of new business and renewals).
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new products or improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and training activities in your area of expertise.
• Data analysis / Copilot / AI

Essential requirements:

• Solid experience in multi-line insurance underwriting (SME and/or individuals).
• Technical knowledge in insurance products: property, RC, auto, home, accidents, and funeral.

Valuable:

• Experience in bancassurance environment.
• Participation in product development projects.
• Higher education (degree/bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• English level (B2)
