Formación

The role:

We’re looking for a Support & Maintenance Service Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Launch, monitoring and completion of the service or project.
  • Definition of service or project objectives.
  • Organise the execution of the service or project.
  • Management of human resources associated with the service or project.
  • Methodological management.
  • Financial management – Responsible for invoicing.
  • Risk management.
  • Capacity management.
  • Direct relationship with the client and presentation of results.
  • Ensuring the quality of the work.
  • Ensuring that the results of continuous improvement processes are aligned with the lines of work and strategies set out in the support and maintenance services.
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, margins and customer satisfaction for services or projects.
  • Liaising with other departments involved in the life of the services or projects.
Skills and experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL, SCRUM, PMP or similar methodologies.
  • Experience in Control Systems projects (SCADAs, Automation and Control).
  • Experience in managing work teams.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power.
  • Office package.
  • Economic and financial knowledge.
  • Accustomed to continuous contact with customers, incident resolution, etc.
