Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Supply Operations Lead to own and optimize operations across multiple cities in Spain. You will drive improvements in delivery times, courier experience, and cost efficiency with a data-driven mindset.

Based in Madrid or Sevilla, you will collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and HQ, analyse trends, and implement scalable processes to elevate performance in a fast-growing marketplace.

Formación

• ~2 years experience in high-growth tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization, or deploying projects across multiple countries, is a plus.

• Analyse data to identify trends and drive implementation strategies for key cities.
• Improve delivery times and courier efficiency while optimizing delivery costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and HQ to execute impactful projects.
• Lead assessment of strategic opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Implement and standardize processes across all cities; support special projects.
