This is a full time role based on site in Alicante.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers and supporting the successful launch of new products. Acting as the operational bridge between internal departments and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration, clear communication, and timely execution.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from receipt to on-time delivery.
  • Preparing, organizing, and verifying delivery documentation, including packing lists.
  • Scheduling and leading regular customer calls to review needs and expectations.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining Service Agreements, Quality Technical Agreements, and Product Master Files.
  • Supporting coordination of import and export permits.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
  • Facilitating clear communication and alignment of priorities across departments.

You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where proactive communication and attention to detail are essential. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and can manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
