Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead data-driven program launches and optimize carrier performance across Europe. You will partner with multiple teams to drive improvements, set standards, and track safety and community impact metrics throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role you will design and implement new programs, oversee ongoing initiatives, and report progress to senior stakeholders while maintaining a focus on delivering superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to define and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide business insights.
• Run meetings with partner teams to track project progression, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs.
• Work with various teams to tackle challenges, define standards, and streamline processes for continuous improvement.
• Launch projects, monitor safety performance and community impact metrics, and report on key objectives.
