AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a Program Manager for Europe-wide transportation initiatives. You will manage projects, implement metrics, and optimize supply chain routes to ensure packages move efficiently from fulfillment centers to customers across Europe.

You will use data-driven decision making and strong communication to align multiple teams in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. The role requires comfort with technical and business stakeholders and a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; SQL experience expected.
• Experience in program or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance improvements with partner carriers; root-cause analysis to guide improvements.
• Provide best-in-class service to internal clients regarding costs, freight status and exceptions.
• Design and implement improvements to the transportation network for faster, flexible delivery.
