Schreiber Foods España, S.L. is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to oversee the planning and management of finished goods for Europe/Iberia.

You will ensure product availability, coordinate with production plants and logistics providers, and manage stock levels to meet service commitments. The role requires 2+ years in operations or supply chain, familiarity with JDA/Oracle, and strong data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (JDA/Oracle).
  • Ability to analyse data using IT tools (Excel, Power BI, AI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes.
  • Planning, organisation and priority management.
  • Effective communication, team spirit and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical capability.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Initiative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsabilidades

  • Plan and place orders for finished goods, managing flows from production plants to delivery in Iberia.
  • Manage and control finished goods stock levels, including stock in transit.
  • Calculate replenishment requirements for logistics centres to maintain service levels.
  • Balance product availability with storage capacity.
  • Identify and manage risks related to stock shortages, excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and production plants to ensure plan compliance.
  • Replenishment and supply management for movements between plants, external warehouses and logistics centres.
  • Monitor expiry dates of stock and minimize waste and obsolescence.

Job Description: This position is responsible for the planning and management of finished goods for customers whose production is located in Europe and/or whose loading points are located in Iberia, ensuring product availability and compliance with the service level commitments agreed with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finished Goods Planning Plan and place orders, managing finished goods flows from the various production plants through to delivery in Iberia.
  • Inventory Management Manage and control established finished goods stock levels, including inventory in transit.
  • Calculate replenishment requirements for logistics centres, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.
  • Maintain an appropriate balance between product availability and storage capacity.
  • Identify and manage risks related to stock shortages, excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Calculate and ensure the accuracy of production line capacity check information.
  • Replenishment and Supply Management Participate in the planning and optimisation of product movements between manufacturing plants, external warehouses and logistics centres.
  • Formalise product transfers through the creation and follow-up of truck purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and production plants to ensure compliance with established plans.
  • Shelf-Life and Waste Management Monitor expiry dates of available stock.
  • Propose and coordinate actions to minimise waste and prevent obsolescence.
  • Anticipate potential availability risks arising from shelf-life restrictions.
  • Demand Management Analyse variances between demand forecasts and actual customer orders.
  • Communicate incidents and significant deviations for forecast updates.
  • Collaborate actively with Raw Material Procurement, Demand Planning and Customer Service teams to improve planning accuracy.
  • Planning Tools Management Configure and maintain master data and planning parameters correctly within JDA.
  • Monitor the proper functioning of planning systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in tools, processes and parameters to increase operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Customer service level (OTIF and Power BI). Finished goods inventory coverage and stock levels (DIO). Stock shortages. Waste and obsolescence.

Key Ingredients
