Nestlé is seeking a Demand and Supply Planning professional based in Barcelona for a permanent hybrid role. You will manage an 18‑month production plan across two factories, develop demand plans with Sales and Marketing, and optimize FG inventory while balancing lot sizes and cycle times.

You will collaborate across Intermarket networks (Italy/France) and ensure availability of packaging materials within cost boundaries. Strong Excel and Power BI skills and fluent English are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Create a feasible 18th month production plan considering capacity, shifts and materials for two factories.
• Develop the 18th month demand plan with Sales and Marketing.
• Challenge manufacturing to optimize lot sizes and cycle times and FG inventory.
• Analyze the Intermarket supply plan and net dispatch requirements to meet customer needs including Dispatch planning from Italy and France.
• Create an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over 18 months to meet production needs and working capital targets.

Position Snapshot:

• Type of Contract: Permanent, full time local contract.

• Type of work: Hybrid.

• Language: Fluent Business English and Spanish.

What are we expecting from you?

Provide consistently constrained MPS plans, which are optimized, feasible and realistic, while ensuring the required service level and Inventory objectives are met.

To manage the Intermarket Supply network of the assigned area by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs

Ensures availability of packaging materials to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.

Prepare reports and KPIS for the DSP Scope

What you’ll do:

• Create a feasible 18th month production plan taking into consideration the available capacity, the shifts and the available materials so that it best balances expected stock covers and availabilities of finished and semi-finished goods. Scope 2 factories.

• Develop the 18th month demand plan in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing areas.

• Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes and cycle times, to drive optimum FG inventory level.

• Analyze and evaluate the Intermarket supply plan and the net despatch requirements to satisfy customer needs, preparing Dispatch plan accordingly from Italy and France.

• Create an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 months horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met.
