dsm-firmenich is seeking an Apprentice Supply Chain professional in Barcelona, Spain. This role offers exposure to capacity planning, raw material procurement, and outsourced operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in English. Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a must, with experience in Power BI considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and monitor tolling orders, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with our tolling partner to secure smooth operations.
• Create and oversee internal Process Orders to support our manufacturing activities.
• Confirm product availability and provide timely updates to the Customer Experience team.
• Actively participate in the S&OP process to align demand, supply, and capacity.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, and analytical tools that enable effective decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

You Bring

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
