Roche Graduate Program in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) offers a 24‑month, full‑time rotation across Finance & Operations, giving real ownership from day one on business‑critical challenges within the end‑to‑end healthcare value chain.

Participants rotate through Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations, with mentoring, structured development, and fast‑track career progression. Based in Sant Cugat, assessments begin mid‑July and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, analytics profiles or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in healthcare, operations and data‑driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs.
• Support demand and supply planning activities.
• Manage small projects within Supply Chain areas and participate in daily operations.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and stock management.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.
• Prepare insights and reports for decision‑making.

What is it?

ON en Roche is a 2-year rotational graduate program within Finance & Operations designed for high-potential early-career professionals.

From day one, you will take ownership of real business challenges that directly impact operations, customer experience, and Roche’s end-to-end value chain.

You will rotate across different areas within Finance & Operations, gaining hands‑on experience and a holistic understanding of how a global healthcare organization operates.

The program is designed to accelerate your development through structured rotations, cross‑functional exposure, and continuous learning.

The Opportunity

Enhance global supply chain performance through analytics, planning, and service optimization. Get familiar with the entire order fulfillment process and how we support our customers on a daily basis.

Rotations may include:

• Demand & Supply Planning
• Transport & 3PL Network Management

The Position

• Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs
• Support demand and supply planning activities
• Manage small scale projects within some of the Supply Chain areas, participate in the daily operations to get to know the activities like e.g. in order management & customer collaboration.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and stock management
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery
• Support projects for network optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare insights and reports for decision‑making

Who you are

We are looking for high‑potential early‑career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and motivation to build a career in healthcare and operations.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain , analytics profiles or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Interest in healthcare, operations, and data‑driven environments
• Full availability for a 24‑month program

• Full‑time 24‑month graduate contract (not a university internship agreement)
• Based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona)
• Assessment Center: July 15th
