Roche is seeking high-potential early-career professionals for a 24-month graduate program in healthcare operations and related functions. You'll rotate across site operations, finance, procurement, and analytics to tackle real-world challenges from day one.

Based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), the program offers structured development, mentoring, and fast-track career progression within Roche, with exposure to cross-functional teams and international projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations-focused profiles, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in healthcare, operations, and data-driven environments.
• Full availability for a 24-month program.

Responsabilidades

• Support site capacity planning and growth readiness.
• Improve warehouse layout, material flow, and productivity.
• Analyze operational flows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to automation, analytics, and process redesign projects.
