CAF Digital & Design Solutions in Jaén, Spain, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, shipments, activation and warehousing activities within a service outsourcing model and coordinate with the project team.

You will define logistics flows, contract outsourced services, manage import structures, analyze costs and mitigate risks, while fostering collaboration across multicultural environments and international travel as needed.

Formación

• Must have proven experience in team management, negotiation and cost analysis.
• Experience in purchasing and subcontracting management is valued.
• Languages: English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate warehouse (offshore) and interface with project team (management, industrialization, quality).
• Define the logistics flow for equipment and materials and specify/contract outsourced services.

As the supply chain manager, you play a vital role in supply chain performance. You will be integrated into the Rehabilitations unit as the person responsible for managing supply chain activities in coordination with the project team.

Their main task will be to coordinate the various supply chain activities under a service outsourcing model, acting as an interface to the project team (management, industrialization, quality, etc.).

The following are the different services to be coordinated:

• Purchases
• Shipments
• Activation
• Warehouse ("onshore")
• Warehouse ("offshore")

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academic Background

Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or Business Administration

Professional Experience

Must have proven experience in team management, negotiation, and cost analysis.

Experience in purchasing and subcontracting management will also be valued.

Languages

English. Other languages (Basque, French, German) will be considered an asset.

Availability to travel for stays of 1 or 2 weeks in the destination country.
