Job summary

BAA Training is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join our international team in Lleida, Spain. The role focuses on procurement documentation, spare parts records, storage conditions, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

The candidate should demonstrate expertise in supply and storage, with strong English and Spanish language skills, and be capable of managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic aviation training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply and storage field; ability to solve problems proactively.
• Knowledge of functions, operation, and mission of supply and storage domains.
• Experience in warehouse management or administrative roles (min 6 months).
• Strong English and Spanish language skills for operational use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation for procurement and administration processes.
• Keep records of spare parts in the warehouse and maintain storage conditions.
• Coordinate incoming/shipping procedures and logistics for components.
• Interact with service providers and monitor calibration and testing processes.
• Use IT systems to monitor warehouse management and Lean-based daily operations.

Job description

BAA Training has offices in Lithuania, France, Spain, Vietnam and India. Currently we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our international team in Lleida, Spain.

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Preparing and managing documentation related to the procurement and administration processes.
• Keeping records of spare parts in the warehouse.
• Maintaining satisfactory storage conditions.
• Implementing incoming/ shipping procedures.
• Managing the logistics and transportation of components.
• Tools controlling and coordinating of calibration.
• Monitoring spare parts storage.
• Contacting service providers.
• Working according to approved company processes.
• Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth warehouse management process.
• Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles.
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
