BAA Training in Lleida, Spain, seeks a hands-on Mechanic to join our aviation training team. You will perform aircraft maintenance tasks, handle MRO tools, and keep documentation up to date, under supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least one year as a mechanic, possibly in automotive, with basic IT skills, good English, safety awareness, and a willingness to grow in aviation.

Formación

• Experience as a mechanic (1+ year).
• Aviation industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of the maintenance field.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance is an advantage.
• Understands safety and regulatory requirements.
• Basic understanding of aviation safety standards is an advantage.
• Able to identify and report defects and irregularities.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Performing aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with CAE and aviation standards.
• Taking care of MRO tools and equipment, ensuring proper handling.
• Keeping maintenance documentation up to date.
• Following Senior Engineer’s and Technical Manager’s instructions.
• Assisting Certifying Staff in daily duties, including troubleshooting and defect rectification.
• Working in accordance with approved company processes.
• Working with company IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth aircraft maintenance process.
• Participating in daily team briefings.
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

We are now looking for a Mechanic to join the team, someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of safety in every task.
