  • Identify opportunities to reduce material costs, improve supplier performance and optimise stock levels.
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best balance of cost, quality and service.
  • Support new product introductions and production ramp‑ups.
  • Maintain accurate material costings, planning data and inventory records.
  • Work closely with production, quality, engineering and other departments to resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Provide hands‑on support to the wider team, contributing wherever needed to ensure smooth site operations.

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills, with a track record of identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Good understanding of inventory control, materials planning and transportation.
  • A practical, flexible approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a small team where collaboration and a willingness to get involved are essential.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who can take ownership and work independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Good English communication skills are also required.
What's on offer?
  • Salary of €45,000–€55,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
  • A key role with direct access to the Operations Director.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of the supply chain function and influence operational performance.
