Formación

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and supplier quality strategies aligned with aerospace and defense requirements
  • Lead supplier audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defense standards
  • Monitor supplier performance, track non‑conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of production or supplier issues and define process improvements
  • Establish and report supplier and internal quality KPIs, highlighting trends and risks to management
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Production to qualify new suppliers and support supplier development
  • Conduct FAI, FMEA, PPAP, and PQP reviews to ensure all parts and processes meet our standards
  • Maintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system records
  • Support customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chains
  • Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliability
Requirements
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech production
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis
  • Experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management tools
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
