CONFIDENCIAL in Barcelona is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead our shop near the city. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining visual standards on the shop floor.

You will supervise the floor, manage stock, assist training, and ensure policy compliance while building outfits for customers and maximizing link selling. A fixed-term contract and team-focused attitude are valued.

Formación

Fashion brand We are looking for a retail Supervisor to join our shop, close to Barcelona.

The candidate must have an exceptional customer service and strong sense of fashion, plus the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry and the enthusiasm for identifying with clients to maximising sales.
