A leading media company based in Madrid is looking for an experienced professional to join their Advertising Sales team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across various platforms while managing critical relationships with key Spanish agencies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Spanish media landscape and a strong understanding of Connected TV and digital advertising strategies. This position offers competitive terms with a fixed-term contract requiring on-site presence for 4 days a week.

Formación

Job Summary

Job Summary: About the Role. Join the Madrid-based Disney Advertising Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across Disney Junior, Disney Digital Assets (YouTube & Social), and Disney+. This position is at the heart of our advertising strategy, focusing on building strong partnerships with leading Spanish agencies and advertisers while positioning Disney+ as a key player in the Connected TV space. A major focus will be the monetisation of Disney+ Ad Supported Tier, requiring a deep understanding of the Spanish TV and digital media landscape and the ability to deliver innovative advertising solutions that resonate with clients and audiences alike.

This is a Fixed-Term Contract for 9 months and will require the successful candidate to work 4 days a week at the office.

What You'll Do
  • Drive advertising revenue across Disney Junior, Disney Digital Assets, and Disney+ through standard and custom content partnerships
  • Manage and grow relationships with key Spanish agencies and direct clients, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Identify and define opportunities for partners to invest in Disney's digital commercial platforms
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and reporting to the ES Senior Manager Ad Sales
  • Lead new business pitches and engage top-level agency contacts
  • Stay ahead of market trends to shape our sales approach and strategy
  • Collaborate with Operations teams (Digital and TV) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and best-in-class client service
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Spanish media landscape, including Connected TV platforms and services
  • Expertise: Proven success in driving revenue through TV, Connected TV, and digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of multi-media platforms and the buying/planning process across TV and digital
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate advertisers on digital strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strategic thinker with creativity and innovation at the core
  • Fluent in English; relevant degree preferred

  • Confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to calculate industry-wide measurements such as cost per rating point, cost per thousand impressions, cost per view, and cost per acquisition, and explain their value to clients
