Nordex Group seeks a Site Supervision Specialist to join the global supervision team in Spain. You will act as the main technical liaison between Engineering and field operations, reviewing engineering documents and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel up to 60%. You will support safety, quality, and continuous improvement across international site projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Experience in international projects and multicultural environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced global environments.
• Excellent communication skills bridging engineering and field operations.

• Ensure Site Supervision processes compliance with international standards, project specifications, and company quality/safety requirements
• Support site supervision teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical deviations or conflicts
• Collaborate with Engineering to provide constructability feedback and contribute to design improvements
• Conduct site visits worldwide to support supervision, audits, and technical problem-solving
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer to enhance technical capabilities within the global supervision team

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (other engineering disciplines may be considered with relevant site/technical experience)Ç
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary interfaces (mechanical, civil, automation is a plus).
• Experience in international projects and multicultural environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced global environments
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to bridge engineering and field operations
• Proficient in English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset)
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40–60% of the time
• Technical rigor with hands‑on approach
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proactive and adaptable in dynamic project environmentsAbility to translate complex engineering concepts into clear field instructions
