The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in luxury brands and exceptional relationship-building skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Formación

We're actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our presence and drive growth for our exceptional portfolio of super premium spirits within the on-premise channel – specifically high-end bars, restaurants, and exclusive clubs.

Your mission will be to ensure our super premium brands are not just available, but are celebrated, preferred, and showcased as the pinnacle of quality at every elite establishment you manage.

What You Can Expect

Promote and sell our products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customers accounts to achieve a significant sales target. Focus calling on account and outlet, on trade relationship, bar tender.

  • Strategic Super Premium Product Placement: Visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the company. You'll be responsible for optimizing the visibility and accessibility of our super premium spirits within each exclusive outlet.
  • Building Elite Relationships: Cultivating and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with owners, managers, and staff of top-tier bars and restaurants is paramount.
  • Expert Mixology & Bartender Training: You'll serve as a passionate brand ambassador, providing engaging and comprehensive training sessions for bartenders and mixologists.
  • Flexible Working Hours: The vibrant on-premise environment, especially for super premium establishments, often comes alive in the evenings and at night.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven Sales Acumen with Luxury Brands: Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly within the super premium alcoholic beverages, luxury goods, or high-end consumer goods sector.
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: You should possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with influential individuals and build lasting partnerships within the luxury segment.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) is essential for effective communication within our diverse market.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and the willingness to move within your assigned territory, adapting to the dynamic needs of the high-end on-trade lifestyle.
