Cardinal Health in Valencia, CA is offering an Operations Intern role within its Summer Internship Program. The internship runs 10–12 weeks, with ~40 hours per week, focusing on real-world warehouse and supply chain projects and professional development.

You will work on improving processes, document and present solutions to leadership, and gain exposure to Cardinal Health’s business culture while building leadership and analytical skills.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Interest in a career in healthcare and warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations and collaboration with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storage teams.
• Analyze KPI data and design workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
• Work on the warehouse floor daily to observe, support, and enhance processes.
