We are looking for a / an Regional Black Belt / Commercial Excellence to join our Water & Industrial BU team in Barcelona (or Madrid) to drive commercial strategy and operational sales excellence across the region by optimizing sales processes, improving performance visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is key to enhancing efficiency, profitability, and scalability of the sales organization.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance
  • Identify and execute process improvement and cost-saving opportunities using Lean Six Sigma

To succeed in this role you will need
