GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Program Manager to lead the PMO team, drive program planning, risk management and outcomes across engineering subsystems. The role emphasizes strong judgement, scheduling, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration to achieve top business priorities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with platform PMO, developing defense-in-depth plans, and delivering on strategic priorities while maintaining robust communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Proven experience in Program Management, Engineering or Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own program schedule and budget for small to large programs within the portfolio.
• Identify, make visible and analyze program risks; mitigate to meet outcomes.
• Support subsystem planning and management; schedule deliverables and milestones in Primavera P6.
• Partner with engineering leadership to support vision, MGPP and strategic priorities.
• Manage full portfolio of projects within the subsystem; communicate risks and recovery plans.
