Could you be the full-time Sub System Project Manager in Bilbao we’re looking for?

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your project managing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You’ll lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, cost and safety requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (stakeholders and internal departments), coordinate and synchronize all project activities and stakeholders and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of análysis of contractual obligations, but also manage multidisplinary teams internal and external.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Oversee project planning, risk management, change control, cost management and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure the proper integration of activities with other involved sites and department.
  • Supervise the fulfillment of contractual commitments and project scope.
  • Represent the project in front of clients and key internal functions monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed;
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering (other educational backgrounds may also be considered).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Advanced spoken and written English (other languages are highly valued).
  • Availability for a full-time, on-site position in Trápaga.
  • Desirable experience working with project management tools and ERP systems (such as MS Project, SAP, Teranga, or advanced Excel).
  • Experience in client-facing roles or direct interaction with customers.
