A fashion retail company in Barcelona seeks a Stylist responsible for creating visual styling concepts for social media and online sales channels. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or similar, along with at least 2 years of experience. You will be expected to deliver attractive fashion looks, coordinate with various departments, and participate in market research. The company offers a 4-day work week and a healthy work environment.

As a Stylist you will be responsible to create both, visual styling concepts for social networks, and fashionable looks for the online sales channels of the Company, following the Desigual's image and brand guidelines in order to create attractive looks for the customer and increase sales.
Deliver fashion looks that accurately reflect Desigual's clothing and accessories essence, selecting styles and exposing products in an attractive way, both on the online sales portal (B2C) and on the digital platform for internal customers (B2B), according to their priorities, needs and in line with the brand guidelines.
Participate in different Marketing and Social Media projects in order to provide support on style concepts and specific visual content that help to attract customers and maximise sales.
Manage the requests for delivering fashion looks and styles with the proper Areas/Departments, maintaining the proper documentation for its registering and tracking.
Coordinate the style concepts management within the Company, managing the required references to be used in photo shoots, videos, parades and other related event, managing samples and solving any related incidence, all in coordination with the Product Department and other Marketing Areas.
Coordinate with external teams in order to ensure that their work reflect the styles and product essence of Desigual.
Participate in castings to select the proper model for the different e-commerce campaigns, coordinating the process with the related external agencies.
Conduct market research to suggest new fashion styling concepts and trends, aligned with the brand and in accordance with current market tendencies.
