IQVIA is seeking an Associate Clinical Project Management Director to lead and oversee clinical project management teams, ensuring delivery quality and strong financial performance across studies.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for resource allocation and staff development within a dynamic Cronos service offering.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in clinical research, project management, or study operations with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus Master’s preferred; continuous professional development encouraged.
• Strong governance, process improvement, and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Principal in Charge (PIC) for Cronos projects, leading initiation, execution, and closeout.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and professional growth opportunities.
• Allocate resources, balance workloads, and ensure optimal performance across multiple projects.
• Facilitate governance reviews, risk assessments, and issue escalation processes.
• Represent Cronos Study Operations in cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
