Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a DCT Design & Implementation Lead in a global Study Hub program. You will own the technical strategy, translate protocol requirements into integration specifications, and manage end‑to‑end delivery across complex, multi‑system environments.

You will collaborate with sponsors, internal IQVIA teams, and external partners to ensure a robust, compliant, scalable Study Hub solution that is ready for First Site Activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field is required.
• Experience leading system configuration, UAT, and go‑live activities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting delivery with engineering or vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery and technology in decentralized models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Study Hub build lifecycle from design through deployment.
• Own UAT planning and execution including scripts and testing coordination.
• Develop and maintain integration specifications and data flows.
• Coordinate with internal IQVIA engineering and third‑party vendors on delivery plans.
• Oversee Study Hub Go‑Live and readiness for First Site Activation.
• Ensure quality, validation, and compliance in Study Hub design and implementation.
