Merck Healthcare seeks an IT Solution Lead for the Study Design Platform to own end-to-end delivery of a next-generation SaaS solution enabling smarter, data-driven clinical study planning and protocol authoring.

You will bridge R&D business stakeholders, IT, and vendors, translating requirements into clear specs, supporting UAT, and guiding change management for a successful rollout. Based in Spain, with global collaboration across the DDIT R&D team.

Formación

• 5+ years as IT Solution Lead or similar in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specs and workflows.
• Experience with regulated environments and CSV within GxP.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of a next-generation Study Design SaaS platform.
• Lead design activities, define functional specs, and drive UAT and rollout.
• Support lifecycle management and adoption across a global matrix organization.
