You'll assist in strategic projects, maintain performance dashboards, and develop training materials. Flexible hours (15-20/week) suited for students in Business Administration with strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an MSc program with strong academic results.
• Ability to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week.
• Interest in Onshore product portfolio and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic and continuous improvement projects.
• Build and maintain Onshore Sales KPI dashboards and tools.
• Create management presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain newsletter and SharePoint infrastructure.
• Assist in user communities and training efforts.

Conocimientos

Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills in English

Join our Onshore Sales Excellence team at Siemens Gamesa, where your contributions will help shape the future of renewable energy! In this dynamic role, you will support strategic projects aimed at enhancing our sales processes and tools. Imagine building and maintaining performance dashboards that drive our sales excellence initiatives, creating impactful management presentations, and developing our SharePoint infrastructure. You will collaborate with a highly international team, empowering our sales force to achieve their targets while making a meaningful impact on our planet.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support strategic and continuous improvement projects related to the Onshore Sales operating model and CRM processes.
• Build and maintain relevant Onshore Sales performance KPI dashboards and tools.
• Create management presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and further develop our newsletter and SharePoint infrastructure.
• Assist key user communities and training efforts to harmonize and standardize our sales operations.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in the early stages of an MSc in Business Administration, Business Development, or a similar commercial degree, with strong academic results (please attach your grade transcripts and expected graduation date).
• You can commit to working approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• You have a keen interest in understanding the Onshore product portfolio and related sales processes.
• You are an advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with a flair for IT systems.
• You are a team player who is goal-oriented, self-driven, and well-structured, with excellent communication skills in English.
