A leading provider in the SAP field is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Madrid. The role involves leading implementation projects, performing system configurations, and collaborating with international teams. Candidates should have over 5 years in SAP projects and be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP Projects as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HR master data, position management, time off, and workflows.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation).

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in EC and related modules.
• Design and document functional specifications, data migration templates, and process flows.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.

• The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on an international project, closely collaborating with an international team.

Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in EC and related modules.

Design and document functional specifications, data migration templates, and process flows.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware tools.

Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with business stakeholders.

International projects

Over 5 years of experience in SAP Projects as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (highly preferred).

Strong understanding of HR master data, position management, time off, and workflows.

Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, etc.).

Fluent in English (spoken and written);
