Rakuten TV in Barcelona is seeking a Content Programmer (Media Scheduler) to join our Content License Management & Storefront team. You will curate titles, define content strategy for storefront and linear channels, and coordinate with distributors to ensure license availability.

The role requires VOD/Linear streaming experience, a strong cinema sense, excellent English, and advanced Excel skills. You will work across internal departments in a fast-growing hybrid environment in Barcelona.

Formación

• Experience in VOD/Linear streaming services.
• Deep knowledge and passion for cinema and industry trends.
• High level of English, written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using CMS tools and managing studio avails.
• Methodical and organized daily work approach.
• Ability to create and follow workflows to improve efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and providers.
• University degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Content Selection and Programming: curate titles and define content strategy for storefront and linear channels.
• Provider and Avail Management: coordinate with distributors and manage studio avails.
• Operational Coordination: create and manage assets with Operations, Acquisitions, and Studio Providers.
• Performance Analysis: analyze title performance and take editorial actions to improve conversion rates.
