Rakuten TV is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our web and Connected TV apps. You will bridge design, engineering, and business teams to ensure a fast, intuitive frontend experience and own the product roadmap.

Responsibilities include gathering user feedback, defining features, writing PRDs, coordinating launches, and leveraging AI tools to streamline product management. You will work closely with frontend engineers to balance browser and device constraints and drive metrics

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
• Solid understanding of web applications, frontend concepts, and UI/UX trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

The role owns the product roadmap, translates requirements into clear documentation, and leverages AI tools to optimize the daily product management tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from users, market trends, and internal teams.Feature Definition: Identify and propose new features that improve the streaming experience across web and CTV browsers.Documentation: Write detailed, prioritized product requirements (PRDs) that provide clear context and rationale for the engineering team.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers to understand UI/UX constraints, performance challenges, and device compatibility.Launch Coordination: Monitor feature progress, coordinate releases, and define metrics to track user engagement and app performance.AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to assist in drafting documentation, summarizing feedback, and streamlining product management workflows.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).Frontend Literacy: A solid understanding of web applications.
