Rakuten TV is seeking a Content Operation Intern to assist in the Operations Department, ensuring high-quality content across all formats from movies to FAST channels. The team focuses on reliable publishing, error detection, and optimal ad placements for AVOD content.

You will work with the metadata team to collect synopses, images, and cast information while learning about video/audio specs and quality controls in a dynamic, hybrid work environment near Barcelona.

Formación

• Understanding of video/audio specs.

• Good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review all content (movies to FAST channels) for quality before publishing.
• Identify audio/subtitle errors (eg. out of sync) and assist fixes.
• Report quality control errors detected.
• Detect best ad placements for AVOD content.
• Coordinate with Metadata team to gather synopses, images, cast for publishing.
