Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Strategy Analyst intern to support strategic transformation and governance initiatives within its international group, based in Spain. You will conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses and help deploy Acc2030 projects across brands and corporate functions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and experience in strategic analysis or finance, with fluency in English and French. You will interact with C-level stakeholders and collaborate with teams across the Group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in strategic analysis, consulting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on market dynamics, trends and competitive positioning of the Group's brands.
• Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategic decisions.
• Support deployment of the Acc2030 transformation plan across the Group.
• Help monitor transformation initiatives including AI, new business models and growth strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership bodies (ExCom, Board committees).
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations and collaborate with teams across the Group.
