Omegacrmconsulting is seeking a Web / CMS Project Manager in Madrid, Spain. This role involves strategic leadership over the web portal, managing full project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CMS management, strong technical skills, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders. Formación

• At least 3 years managing CMS platforms, preferably WordPress VIP.
• Experience in account management or KAM roles.
• Strong background in digital project management.
• Ability to lead small cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proven expertise in information architecture and usability.
• Advanced analytical skills using Google Analytics (GA4).
• Good understanding of SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the web portal strategy and build stakeholder relationships.
• Manage the full lifecycle of portal projects.
• Maintain the portal through CMS platforms.
• Supervise a cross-functional team for project execution.
• Convert Figma designs into web pages/components.
• Establish information architecture and governance frameworks.
• Partner with teams to enhance UX/UI performance.
• Lead SEO, CRO, and A/B testing strategies.
• Deliver analytics reporting through Google Analytics.
• Serve as a contact for technical challenges.
• Ensure alignment with Marketing Automation platforms.
